Modernizing Monmouth
Christine led numerous projects to leverage today's technologies to enhance services to residents, increase accessibility and maximize efficiency. These initiatives include:
- Free Mobile Elections App: Christine implemented "Monmouth County Votes," a free mobile app available for download on the Apple and Google Play Stores. The app provides Monmouth County voters enhanced accessibility for voting information, election results and election resources at their fingertips.
- Multiple Websites for Residents: By developing not one but two user-friendly websites – MonmouthCountyVotes.com and MonmouthCountyClerk.com – Christine ensured that Monmouth County residents can easily access all elections and service information.
- Video tutorials: As Clerk, Christine has produced numerous step-by-step videos and animations to guide voters about a host of topics, from voting by mail to elections security, to keep voters apprised of new laws and technology and comfortable with the election processes.
- Records Digitization & Electronic Recording: She has driven efforts for the scanning and digitizing of Monmouth County's records, creating searchable databases for use by the public as well as facilitating the increase of electronic filing of property records to their highest level in Monmouth’s history.
