Protecting Your Property
As Monmouth County Clerk, Christine oversees the county's Property Recording Division. With property fraud on the rise, she was one of the first County Clerks in the state to take action to protect our residents from fraud. A former prosecutor, Christine has worked closely with law enforcement to ensure offenders are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Recognizing the need to do more for our residents at risk for property fraud, Christine implemented “Property Fraud Alert,” a program which has been made available to Monmouth County residents at no cost. Homeowners can register online by entering their phone number and/or email address so that if any activity is detected on their property record, they will receive a notification.
